Check Academy....looks like they carry it for a buck-thirty. The rebate from Marlin doesn't appear to be store-specific. Academy might match the Cabela's price(FIVE bucks difference!) or not; but...

I wish someone would have a sale on the Marlin Model 60 one of these days. The 795 is a fantastic rifle, but the tube-fed model 60 is even better in my opinion.

Out of the box, this rifle is way, way more accurate than a 10/22. I was doing dime sized groups at 50 yards with this. I own a remington 597, and ruger 10/22 also for comparison.
