Are you in the US48 and use regular shipping? I've never known Amazon UK to use UPS at all -- Royal Mail hands off to USPS and DHL delivers their own or eventually goes through USPS.

Any sound issues?? I had Years 1-5 US versions, no problems. But I have to turn my TV's volume up pretty much all the way with these UK versions.
