sounds like BS I estimate if one manually set their 1.5v ddr3 cl9 to cl11 it would be stable at 1.35v as well.

Good price, but it's CAS 11 (11-11-11) memory @ DDR3-1600 @ 1.35v, great for those whom don't care about CAS but want a lower voltage
