Only issue I have with these bars is that it is Soy Protein. Those are "worth" only about 60-70% of the equivelant amount of Whey protein. Just an FYI.

Depends on the type of PowerBar. Most PowerBars have less protein and fewer calories, and more sugar. Generally, I'd say these are a better deal because a good sale on these at stores like Safeway...
