Got my grade 6. Looks pretty much new. No accessories and needed a charge.
Funny thing, switched it to airplane mode with wifi on to set up accounts and it updated... to ICS!

Then they probably shouldn't be getting this phone. I bought it on launch day and got rid of it when the 4s came out on Sprint. Great phone, if you root it and go that route.
