In for one. If only it had numeric pad, side-scrolling, track-ball, bluetooth, media and bigger keys,and was solar powered and back-lit, then it would be perfect, but for an HTPC and $20 it'll do.

Just a heads up: there's no media keys on this. Not a deal breaker for me, but would have been nice to have dedicated keys for an htpc. You can set them up using setpoint and "fn+f#" though.
