It took me a while to find them also. They where in the Automotive section where the trailer hitch and Truck boxes are and they where not on shelf but on a hanging peg board inbetween shelves.

Wrong. If you connect these to a high capacity capacitor then grab on to the leads after it's charged, I assure you it will affect your ability to shit.

FYI Bought 1 and it's 90 / Sunny in Wisconsin and In Direct Sunlight my DC Volt Reading was 19.56+ // in cloud area it was 15-17 Volts. I Will be buying more, This was the 5 Watt Panel
