Another vote in FAVOR of the Energy & Metabolism pills. I took them for a few weeks a little while ago and definitely noticed a difference. They helped in muscle recovery for the gym in conjunction...

I bought these and threw them in the trash. I tasted, and probably smelled like, fish oil for at least 12 hours after taking. Truly disgusting...my experience.

He is right, just yesterday I was looking at getting GNC Ravage to "gets my swole on" as recommended by a friend, decided to look up the contents and that Yohimbe struck out. The difference between a...

The reviews for that Yohimbe 451 product are downright scary...I wonder how GNC figures it's worth the risk of selling? Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Ya think they hire an overseas company to "pad" the reviews???

I was under the impression that Glutamine was pretty much worthless from the research/articles I've read. Is this not the case?

Nowhere does it state how much caffeine is contained. There is an unspecified amount in a "blend" and as I noted they have ERROR in all caps which I didn't notice last time I ordered. I'd never...

Notice how your urine changes color after you take a multivitamin, and know that there is most of the $25 you're spending going down the toilet. What about fiber content that is naturally there...

Just gonna warn people that the mega energy and metabolism pills are pretty much useless. Read all the reviews 1 star reviews, you won't notice any extra energy than you would if you took a sugar...

I don't mean to threadcrap. That said, I would be interested to see if anyone could link to a study that shows taking any vitamin provides any measurable benefit to a healthy person with a reasonable...

The "natural" supplement industry is self, but poorly regulated. They're not regulated by the FDA, so they can claim whatever they want. They make a ton of money, so its worth the risk of lawsuits....

I had the triple strength fish oil pills for awhile and took one every morning after breakfast. By the time I was at work, probably about an hour and a half later, I would have one fishy after burp,...

The padded reviews have some hilarious engrish. 'they're FANTASY good!' (from the triple fish oils). Still, taking vitamins makes sense if you have a less than perfect diet.

When I asked GNC they said the energy and metabolism no longer contains caffeine and that's why it says ERROR on the label next to the ingredient. What you got last time might not even be the...
