It's faster than VirtualBox. And Coherence mode works better (ie. less ugly than the similar mode under VirtualBox. That's about all I can think of.

The biggest case I can think of would be excel. Excel is a steaming pile of shit on OS X. So if you are into large excel sheets with a lot of computations then you might want this.
