I just picked it up from Lowes, finally. But, it is only 9 feet tall when used as step ladder, fully extended.
My store had it for $168 - 10% off = $151.20

Yeah, I guess it's market dependent. I see it's $164 in some MI stores for example. Something is wrong with Lowes today. The website won't let me select any other stores than the one it defaults to....

I just started looking into ladders. Maybe the trick to getting a light ladder is a fiberglass or aluminum extension ladder. It would be less useful, but lighter.
This one is 20 feet 27 lbs....
