Agree with luke warm price. IMO, a good deal for a 1080p 42" now should be < $350. $400 is more 46"+ pricing for a 5-thumb deal.

The older models were better. They took out some features in this one. It's still better than most HDTVs in the price range though.

If this TV had an audio output on it, even just a headphone jack, I'd be all over it. I just have a 2.1 speaker setup in my room for extra bass and it stinks that I couldn't use them on this TV....
