A good quality 400Watt should be fine for this card.

Not enough of an improvement to upgrade from what you have. Wait for Nvidia's new GTX 650 and/or 660 cards coming out soon. I wouldn't bother, higher power consumption, only a modest...

This card only supports dual monitors. There are plenty of AMD cards that can do triple monitor. You shouldn't have a problem with the computer, but you may need to upgrade the power supply...

550TI in SLI ought to be pretty good. I estimate it can probably handle BF3 maxed out in 1080p just fine. Not sure about how Physx would be, though. you could probably sell of the extra software and...

How much, if any, improvement should I expect if I were to replace my 9800 GTX+? Is it worth it?

Well, you'd definitely get a huge improvement in power consumption, have a single quite cooler card plus DX11 support but overall performance I expect to be similar.
