Picked one of these up yesterday and installed a fresh OS on it. Boot times are amazing, but I am getting some freeze ups now. Signs are pointing to the drive as the culprit unfortunately. Ugh.

Probably. First one of these I had lasted about 6 weeks before similar freezeups
and soon the disk couldn't be seen by the BIOS. Second one lasted 96 hours.
and Seagate is thinking of buying this...
