No the xps 8500 i7-3770 for $485 was from dell outlet, not staples. The gateways are at staples.
The staples coupon is for new only, not refurbs. But clearance is not excluded.

To my knowledge no OR reqd. In addition, there are no restrictions in the coupon language that limits the product to in store producta only. Nor does it state it cant be appled to clearance items
