For the reading challenged, it's a 90 day warranty like most refurbs out there. Red Tag has a 15 day return policy. Hopefully the difference beteween the two doesn't need to be explained.

I think Element used to be one of Circuit City's private label brands before they sold off their assets, similar to Insignia / Dynex at Best Buy. They are decent TV's for the money.
