Yes. The one I listed will work out fine. Now, the 5Diii has 2 new HD Video compressions - that I'm not completely knowledgeable of.. but I'm pretty sure they too will be alright with the CF-Card...

If memory serves, 30MB/s is the minimum necessary for HD video. That UDMA 60MB/s is more than enough. I think that UDMA allows the 6fps photo mode, though, so that's the minimum that I'd buy for the...
