We have a Dualie for our twins who are now 3 and it has been great! Has survived many trips in the airline cargo hold with only minor cosmetic damage. Still works beautifully as a running stroller...

I received a confirmation email from them on the 10th with an order #, the date it was processed, and when the estimated ship date would be (10/26). I believe I ordered with them on Oct. 9th, too.
