The one with $99 annual fees has no foreign transaction fees ... which is great for people who travel outside the country a lot ... its 2.5 - 3% on most of the cards.

the 50,000 points is more than 2 round trips award if you book early... the $95 annual fee gets you 6,000 points that can be use in a roundtrip flight (if you booked early).. Still ok.
