A medium will likely fit someone up to 5'10" or 5'11". It's a sloping down tube so the seat tube measurement is a little misleading. Effective top tube length is usually a good indicator of size....

Please stop with this nonsense. The VAST VAST majority of BRANDED bicycles are made in Asia. The R5ca is the ONLY Cervelo made in North America. I guess that means the S5 and P5 are not "high end"...
