I also bought the TX-7, non-waterproof, because of the large touch screen. I thought it was 3.5". and found it to be excellent. Pictures are very sharp. The newer models have a smaller 3" LCD screen....

Acutally Lumia TS20 is a lot cheaper (was on sale a couple of weeks ago for less than $80 if you count in radioshack coupons ). But I think the picture quality of TS20 is not comparable to this Sony...
