The very simplified answer:
In Star Wars Lore - Tie Fighters are actually stored on racks, they don't "land" as such. They kind of hover and dock.

R2D2 and all the big sets say "Not sold in stores" under them. I'm not sure if there are exceptions to that rule. Never seen a big set in the stores around here though.

if the target receipt says NCF on it then that means the item is clearanced and the item is not coming back.
