If that's all your going to need it for just grab a Bluetooth headset. No need to waste the money on these. Remember the ps3 has Bluetooth unlike the 360.

They are good quality wireless headset although TB has a newer model out now. These X41s tend to get static and pop noise on them from time to time but I think this has to do with rf interference...

These dont work on PS3 I dont think. They are wired to the xbox 360 controller audio out. The newer ones have a bluetooth adapter so they can work on either system.

I guess to add to that. If you are just looking to listen on the headset they would work with a PS3. Also you can make them a wired headset and have the chat function intact with this $30 adapter...

It really differs. I ordered a m815 mouse on nov 27 and just got it this past Wednesday, jan 3rd. However I just ordered the plantronics Xbox headset and got a ups tracking # this morning. Go figure.
