Only things that are unlocked are the first episodes of certain shows for the current season. Like Shameless, Dexter, Homeland, etc. I'm an Internet only customer, so maybe that is why.

I couldn't find it on my TV, either. Before calling Comcast, I checked the Showtime promo page to verify they were participating and discovered it's only available On-Demand and on XfinityTV.com.
