did some quick searches at work. did not find anything about support for larger hard drives (3tb+). i believe not all docks/enclosures are abe to support 3tb+ so that could be a potential dealbreaker

i really wouldnt worry about that with a dock that supports USB3. my ancient USB2 dock supports every ssd and hdd ive tried including multiple brands of 3TB drives, and theyve all worked just fine....
