Its the IP assigned to your router. As boltman2007 said if you clone your computers mac your ISP will give you the IP it gives your computer when you plug it directly in to the modem.

I haven't found anything. Checked my processes, and there's nothing out of the ordinary running. Avast gives me no red flags. And do you mean unplug the router, or unplug the cable modem?

If you unplug the router over night charter should release the IP and issue you a new one. Also are you sure that your systems are not the ones that are infected?
