I went with the Asus-Dual-Band Wireless-AC Gigabit Router with 4-Port Ethernet Switch-RT-AC66R and love it. No doubt, more router than I need. But seems to be a good solution for my situation....

ASUS are fastest/flakier and higher price.... E4200 better coverage somewhat pricey I myself have TP-Link WDR-4300 because it is "next best" and was $45 cheaper on a SD. My Tp-Link is awesome...

Thanks. Those are some great leads and both the Linksys E4200/E4500 seem highly rated. But in reading reviews (Amazon, Best Buy, CNet) I see several detractors as well and a common thread of folks...
