I tried the Costco Chevron Pro-Gaurd on my Elantra 2007 which is about half the concentration of this OP's product, but didn't notice any difference in gas mileage (29 MPG over last three years).

This has been proven to be the only product that works, maybe saving 1 MPG if you"re lucky, so may be worth it.
