Did anybody have any problems converting these rebate cards into checks? I've been able to do it in the past with these rebates, but they are saying that the check option is not available this time.

I sent mine at the same time for a previous rebate and I noticed that the upgrade rebate was received first. The other rebate should become received within a week.

It does not matter whether you submit the pdf version of the rebate or the pre-submit version of the rebate. The rebate processor determines whether a rebate is valid not from the rebate submitted...

Their website isn't capable of putting the "or" in there -- just follow the requirement wording from the original rebate form when sending in the presubmitted online form and it'll be fine

The pre-submit rebate form is missing the "OR" between the UPC and POP requirements. It has been this way on Trend Micro upgrade rebates for years now. Send the original UPC with standard rebate...

They might mark the rebate invalid.. Contact parago through chat and ask them the reason... They will say you did not send the correct proof of purchase.. Just apologize and say that you got a little...
