Same story here except I called the number listed in their customer service reply. 3 reps and at some point all of them disconnected my call. Mostly excuses that the coupon had expired, only applied...

Well this is even more frustrating, I called and they only offered me a $25 coupon that I can use later if I booked my original itinerary at full price. That doesn't really do me any good.
