Having same problem with the cards. Ordered 2 and they do not work. I tried to check balance and tried to chat, call staples. They sent me a PIN in the email, but it does not work.

if you received a batch without a pin, you had to contact them to get a new batch with pin. it was a one time fluke. i've ordered before without issue.
