Confirmed. You can use Gyft eCodes on another account if they limit or ban your original account. This does not include the initial $5 bonus though.

Isn't that what other stores do? That's why people like Best Buy, Gamestop, Sears gift cards. They use those to buy Amazon gift cards. Those stores may also have gas gift cards...I'm not sure.

I would imagine you take the gas card to a cash register and then pay for it with a gift card.
Some Sears carry gas cards and many stores let you pay with a gift card. It's highly YMMV, though....
