Got it today. Put the t-mobile SIM in and everything seems to work . Getting faster internet compared to I was getting on LG L9. and it comes with a case and screen protector. So far so good

The Vivo just came out it is prettier, thinner (apparently the thinnest phone available stateside, but no LTE band was the deal breaker for me. Also it's $199. Beautiful phone though.
