If someone opens a dispute you can just get a tracking number for the code by shipping a piece of paper. Gives PayPal the tracking they need to back you up. Usually they'll only give you crap for not...

FYI for those who usually take their time with rebate submissions - the rebate must be postmarked within 15 days of the date of purchase. Pretty tight timing for a rebate.
