I would not recommend PIA for those in the West Cost... After using it for 3 years, I just switched to TorGuard.
PIA has been very slow in the last 6 months and never seemed to fix it.

I did a speed test today with my Comcast blast service using PIA and got 85 down and 12 up and that was using a server 2,000 miles away.
