That price is for the 16GB not 32GB I believe that is the international version with a difference in bands supported. Might make a difference for LTE for your carrier Only if you manage...

I upgraded from an S4. I don't know what lag people are referring too, it's way faster than my S4. Battery life has been great. Only disappointment for me is the speaker.

lag is improved with March update, although after about 12 days some lag still came back. overall this still ranks as one of my worst purchases ever

This phone probably should be down in the $150 range right now. It doesn't have good build quality and the Nexus software builds are incredibly buggy (same with the Nexus 6). Its like they don't test...
