Similar, but I got the Yoga 710. First thing I did was reinstall Windows 10 with a Microsoft image. No bloat ware that way.
I did have to download drivers from Lenovo though as Win10 didn't have...

FYI: if you got this laptop then go to lenovo settings(its an app preinstalled), click on display, then uncheck "autobrightness on". This will make the screen much brighter.
