This is a Pop Up tent used for shade at car shows, back yard BBQ, but not for long term use then you need a gazebo type tent.

Can't say for certain because of the drapes, but it APPEARS to be slant leg, which is a big no-go for most SDers.

I read that review and thats hard for me to believe...the canopy gets wet and from the weight of the rain makes it collapse...read the Amazon reviews
