thanks. I am looking at the i5-2500 and gamedebate says its not worth moving from the x4 640 to the i5. but all the other benchmark sites say the i5 is better. Not sure which way to go

The 460 will do some hardware encode/decode that the 950 won't do. IIRC the 460 will do HEVC HDR encode/decode and the 950 has some limits.
