Best action to take is to file A-Z claims with Amazon for all orders. All claims were found in my favor. I suggest you do the same. Call customer service at 1(800) 201-7575. Don't try to do it yourself.

I also left 1 star reviews detailing this experience. I won't be buying from NFLSHOP no matter how slick the deal...unless it is free with free shipping.
