Price wise logitech has nothing in this category. Newegg reviews seem okay 4/5 eggs, most complaints look like your typical ones: crap software/drivers, failing keys after years of pressure and banging, and w/e else people do to their keyboards.

yeah i did some research, seems like a good keyboard just it has some minor problems. mostly concerned about ghosting and if it is as much as a problem people say it is.

I've got this keyboard at home, and it is definitely worth $35. I took the numpad off almost right away, and greatly appreciate the extra desk space. There was at one point an issue where certain key combos made the board unresponsive until they were lifted, but I haven't had issues with this in quite a while so I assumed a driver update fixed the problem. The dimmer and audio nobs work perfectly, although there is sometimes a hesitation before the audio nob has any impact which results in turning it higher/lower than intended. My only other complaint is that, possibly after a driver update, the left windows key gets randomly disabled. I use it constantly between Snap and other keyboard controls so it annoys me a bit whenever it happens and I dig through the settings to re-enable it. This however hasn't happened in the last month or two. Short of something like a G15 if anyone actually cares for the mini-display or a mechanical keyboard for reduced fatigue and improved response I haven't found any boards more to my preference. I don't make much use of the macro keys, so to me it is mainly controllable back-lighting and removable numpad that make this better than a standard keyboard.

On a related note : Microsoft has great support for warranty replacing hardware if it has any problem, particularly those with an MSRP below $90. Above that the reps have to require more testing before replacement making the process slower.
