In my experience with PayPal and not billing till shipped the second you place the order PayPal removes the money. Will stay that way for about a week then will be released back to you until shipped.

I thought so too, that's why I asked him if it would. At any rate, if the money is on hold no big deal for me.

They have to hit the card to make sure its valid i guess and if it has balance room. Always happened to me with Dell purchases.

doesn't include the lg wifi dongle? how much are they?
