To get the complimentary sample click "Offers" at the top of the screen (next to the bright pink "Holiday Shop" tab). Then "Complimentary Samples" on the left, under "Offers". Then pick from the choices which are:

Just tried entering the Redness Solutions Soothing Cleanser for $21.50 plus the 7 piece gift set...and it's asking for an additional $0.50 to qualify for FREE standard shipping. Thanks =)
