Gohastings is kind of hit or miss sometimes. Most of the time they are excellent and I have gotten the original case when I purchase used. The artwork is almost always in excellent condition and the discs rarely have scratches on them. I have however when buying used blu-rays gotten blockbuster cases (which should be IMO previously viewed). The problem is if they are out of used and have some previously viewed, they will just send you that instead. Sometimes if you order a special edition, they might send you the regular edition if they are out.

On the other hand if you are unsatisfied, call their number and complain and I have never had a problem getting my money back and they have never asked me to return the item. I have received one box set that was crushed during mailing, and a bluray and a dvd that skipped. I've also received a dvd that was supposed to come in a snapper case and the artwork was cut in half and put in a blockbuster case. Money was refunded for all immediately without discussion.

Skyrim and mw3 for 36 each is a steal..play it sell it and you'll still come out ahead good find

Most of the time shipping and tax kill these deals for me. The things I have bought from them however have generally been in good condition.

goHastings also sometimes makes a mess on their inventory which can result on orders getting cancelled. I've ordered a couple of Blu rays the last time they had 50% off on used items. one item got cancelled because they said that it was OOS, but what pissed me off is that 2 days after the item got cancelled, it went in-stock but the price of course came up since the 50% off expired.

Can anyone confirm cod black ops for ps3 if it's the regular or hardened Ed? Main pic is normal but when you click on the item hardened Ed comes up? Either way it's a good deal but was wondering if anyone else caught that.

Rental copies can be in much worse shape as they go through far more viewings and far more peoples hands than one copy that was traded in by it's original owner.
