I highly recommend Sony earbuds, they are built tough. I've fallen on those cycling on them a few times and step on it a few times, they still work. I can't say the same about JVC, or Phillips. At the beginning, my ears would be sore wearing earbuds, but after an adjustment by my body, I don't get any ear discomforts anymore. If your earbuds drops easily from the ears, try putting the cable of the earbuds under the shirt. I've ridden pretty fast on it and they don't drop unless it is gail force wind.

I ordered a couple pairs of misc. headphones as they have gone on sale. I wear them while riding my motorcycle and the constant use and pressure of the helmet is tough on them. The other pair I got was the Vibe Noise Isolation pair on sale through Amazon I think it was- they suck, they will go in the garbage.

THESE, THESE PIIQ ROCK. They are very, very similar to my Senheisser CX300 II which I paid about $70 for (ok I overpaid but still!). I am ordering another pair as we speak because you cannot beat this deal!

seriously..are there inexpensive plug /covers for the larger buds?
seems like a some insertion style tips would fix it.

UGH!! went to marshalls yesterday and I saw the headphones with the remote in white for $12 (instead of purple). Why is it whenever I buy something and open it, when I go to marshalls it's there for cheaper.

If anyone cares, it was the marshall's in Emerson, NJ.
