A few hours ago, I almost bought the 5-pack for $29.xx from amazon, glad I didn't get it.
Could order multiples and save even more.

I only ordered a pack, so w/ tax it came out to $8.81 and wouldn't be able to use the add it up $5/$45
even w/o any additional cash back this is a great deal. Amazon sells 3 pack for $17.99, 5 pack for $29.48 & 10 pack for $54.39
I think the last time I bought a 9 or 10 pack at Costco with the coupon booklet promotion for around $10 off, it still came out to about $40 or so after coupon promo.
