Great deal!! I was about to buy 2 batteries as back ups and to power my Dewalt worksite radio. For an extra bill gets me some back up tools. Probably sell the Reciprocating saw and the drill on ebay.

Edit: Quick google search seems to indicate they are.

All the dewalt 18v products are interchangable but the base may not line up perfectly with the battery if you are dealing with anything in the compact frame line.

This is a very good set. Just note that Lithium Ion battery sets are available so these are a bit dated. I have the Nicad 18v set and I love it.
