"We are unable to process your claim for the following reason:

WTF? There is no such thing as an "original" rebate certificate. It's printed off their website...
Any idea how I should proceed?
so you are saying you put in the same quantity (in weight) of oil and now your car feels lighter and somehow makes your car even drive faster.....I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you had some huge improvement switching from conventional to synthetic....still your obvservation is quite comical.

As long as the oil meets API specs (read the symbol on the back of the bottle) acceptable for the engine, it is good to go. This oil meets at least SM rating which is good for pretty much any production car today.
Just submitted an email via the"contact us" web form on rapid-rebates.com. We'll see what happens..
Now, back on topic. This motor oil meets ALL requirements and will work just fine in ANY turbocharged or supercharged or naturally aspirated engine that calls for a 5w30. I use Mobile 1 if I'm buying but if Walmart's paying G-Oil works just fine. I own N/A, turbo AND supercharged vehicles currently and have owned a combination for almost 20 years and do all my own work including various forms of racing. But what do I know?

Like I said in my earlier post, I wonder why I get involved in these oil threads.
- Rebate form has a unique certificate # on it so make sure you save multiple rebate forms with different certificate #s
- Use a different email for each rebate
- You also need to send in the original receipt so purchase them on separate receipts
