-EDIT- Just noticed that there's an area to add zipcode and since HP does charge tax, it's still a good deal...not "great", but still good $847.17 would've still been in my price range, had I decided to not repair my old laptop.
Edit: looks like HP got rid of the sku, probably in prep for the ivy bridge refresh. I was looking at the pre built one for about 2 months for a price drop and they just recently took it down.

I only managed to get a cpu build for $700 with intel core i5 - 2500k sandy bridge 3.3ghz (3.7ghz turbo boost lga 1155 9w quad core desktop processor intel hd graphics 3000 with ASUS ENGTX560 DCII OC/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 560 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card, ENGTX560 DCII OC/2DI/1GD5 but i7 cost too much
