I got this game in the $99 sharpshooter/PS move bundle, and admittedly I've never used the light gun, but as a big fan of R: FoM, and a ehhh fan of R2, R3 was a great step in the right direction. Pick it up for $15 its a steal!

Can't wait for the Vita Resistance!

You need a code to play online so it's gonna be a hit/miss situation. It's like amazon's used game disclaimers, online passes may have been redeemed etc...
Gamefly games come with a manual so you could get lucky...
