Nashbar 20% off item code - 41957 http://www.nashbar.com
("excludes bikes, frames & certain brands")
also
10% off bikes & frames (Edit: use Code 76348)
Add tax & shipping.
Exclusion to "certain brands" appears to be Mavic, Fox, Speedplay, and Shimano. Shimano exclusion only applies to components.
The code is supposed to work for 2 days (until 04/17) but Nashbar almost always extends these things for another day or two.
Inputting the discount code with returned items raises the price to the full normal retail value of the item? Maybe a call to a CSR would work.
Nashbar sales are typically % off a lot of random pre-selected items. So the 20% code to a specific item isn't bad.
*Edit: Thanks, deyainrdy4ds. Omitted the bike code when my scriptblocker acted up.

Boooo!
Boooo!
CSR recommended this one - http://www.nashbar.com/webapp/wcs..._540612_-1 but i originally wanted a 300ish price lol ....any similar options to this one? ended up around 450 shipped after the 10% off :/
Nothing to see here!
For one mile the poster is correct, you can use a MTN bike and don't need a road bike. If you think you'll regularly be on the road for at least 15 miles then I would splurge for a road bike. However I'm a cheapo so I didn't purchase one myself and instead mooched off my relatives for their old bikes.
The 20% discount applies to the already discounted not retail price.
